We are looking for a legal professional eager to broaden their expertise beyond litigation. The Legal Advisor will play a crucial role in our legal department, managing a variety of responsibilities with the potential to grow into more complex functions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing pre-litigation debt collection processes
• Managing debt collection assignments with external attorneys
• Drafting and reviewing standard agreements
• Reviewing and approving external standard agreements

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree
• Admission as an attorney
• Minimum 2 - 3 years of post-admission litigation experience
