My client is looking for results-driven Home Loans Sales Consultants to generate new business, proactively prospect for clients and manage the home loan sales process from initial engagement through to successful closing.

- Proactively source and generate new home loan business.
- Prospect for new clients through referrals, networking, direct marketing and relationship building.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Estate Agents, Bond Originators and clients.
- Conduct needs analysis and affordability assessments.
- Present suitable home finance solutions based on client needs.
- Manage the client through the home loan application process.
- Follow up on leads, applications and client queries.
- Maintain accurate application records and supporting documentation.
- Build referral networks and generate repeat business.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Matric / Grade 12 – ESSENTIAL
- Valid Driver’s Licence – ESSENTIAL
- Own Vehicle – ESSENTIAL
- Must reside in the area you are applying for – ESSENTIAL
- Minimum 2 years’ proven sales conversion experience.
- Proven experience in proactive prospecting and lead generation.
- Experience working in a target-driven and pressurised sales environment.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
ADVANTAGEOUS
- Home Loans / Property Finance Sales experience
- Experience in a self-sourcing sales environment.
- Existing relationships within the property industry.
