CRM Analytics Manager

This is a senior career opportunity for a driven professional with 6 to 10 years' experience who is ready to make an impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Reporting to the CIO, you will play a key role in supporting data-driven decision-making and helping shape CRM insights that add real business value.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain CRM platforms, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Develop customer segmentation, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Analyse customer behaviour, trends, and lifecycle data to identify opportunities.
Monitor campaign performance, lead scoring, and conversion metrics.
Improve customer retention through data-driven insights.
Resolve data quality issues and drive CRM best practices.
Build automated workflows and support system integrations.
Partner with business and technical teams to enhance CRM capabilities.
Provide user training and communicate insights to stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a IT / Data-related field.
2-4 years' experience in CRM administration, analytics, or data analysis.
Strong SQL and Excel skills.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Knowledge of relational databases and CRM integrations.
Understanding of customer segmentation, lifecycle analytics, and KPI reporting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
