R30 000 CTC per month (Depending on experience)

My client is seeking a dedicated Practice Manager to lead operations at their new branch

Duties & Responsibilities

Optometry Practice experience is beneficial but not essential
Ability to oversee and drive sales
Experience with managing people
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage the financial performance of the practice
Proven ability to drive business growth and increase revenue
Experience analysing financial reports, budgets and profitability
Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities to improve business performance
Ability to implement strategies to restore and grow revenue
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive accountability and performance
Strong interpersonal skills to ensure excellent patient experiences
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
