Due Diligence Manager

A well-known advisory firm is seeking a DD Manager to head up their team. This is an urgent hire for the right candidate. Candidates should come from a similar background and have experience in corporate finance, not just audit.

Experience Requirements

• Relevant professional qualification such as CA(SA), CFA, MBA or a Master's degree in Finance, Applied Finance or a related field.
• 3 – 5 years post articles corporate finance experience
• Current experience working in a transaction financial due diligence role at a manager level
• In deals team, primarily focused on financial due diligence, with support across JSE advisory and valuation engagements as required. The manager will assist in providing deal-related services, principally from a financial and accounting perspective, to both financial and strategic buyers and vendors
