SENIOR MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITIES – STAFFING INDUSTRY

An established national organisation within the staffing, recruitment and Temporary Employment Services (TES) industry is expanding its Durban leadership team and is looking to appoint two experienced senior managers:

GENERAL MANAGER: SALES

We are looking for a commercially driven sales leader who can lead a regional sales team, drive new business and accelerate revenue growth across temporary employment services and broader staffing solutions.

- Proven senior sales leadership experience within the staffing / recruitment / TES industry

- Strong track record of driving new business and revenue growth

- Experience leading, coaching and managing sales teams

- Excellent commercial, negotiation and key account management skills

- Strong understanding of the TES and staffing solutions environment

- Target-driven with a strong hunter mentality

GENERAL MANAGER: OPERATIONS

We are looking for an experienced operational leader to take responsibility for regional operations, service delivery, compliance and team performance within a fast-paced staffing environment.

- Proven senior operational leadership experience within the staffing / recruitment / TES industry

- Experience managing regional operational teams and multiple client sites

- Strong knowledge of temporary staffing operations and workforce management

- Experience overseeing service delivery, compliance, employee relations and client requirements

- Strong people leadership and performance management skills

- Commercially minded with the ability to drive operational efficiencies
