ProjectLink is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead a warehouse establishment project in Rustenburg. (
Must currently be based in Rustenburg)
This role requires someone with practical warehouse establishment experience who can manage the project from planning through implementation and operational handover. The successful candidate must be able to coordinate multiple workstreams, maintain control of the schedule and ensure that risks and delays are addressed early.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the planning and establishment of the warehouse
- Define and manage project scope, deliverables and priorities
- Develop, maintain and monitor the project schedule using MS Project
- Coordinate supply chain, warehouse, procurement and project activities
- Manage contractors, service providers and other project stakeholders
- Monitor project progress, risks, costs, quality and deadlines
- Resolve issues affecting project delivery
- Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear action registers
- Prepare regular progress reports for project stakeholders
- Manage operational readiness, handover and project close-out
- Ensure that project commitments are followed through to completion
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Supply Chain Management
- PMP certification
- At least five years of experience in warehouse establishment projects
- Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Project
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
- Must currently be based in Rustenburg
The qualification and location requirements are non-negotiable. Applicants who do not meet these requirements will not be considered.

- Experience coordinating warehouse infrastructure, equipment installation or operational readiness
