Excellent communication- written & spoken

Good computer literacy

Clear credit & criminal record

Matric/ Grade 11

Minimum 12 months experience in high end retail/ cabin crew/ flight attendant/ hospitality and tourism or call centre environment

Customer service experience within the travel industry will be adventagoeus
