Candidate Consultant

We are looking for a Candidate Consultant to join one of our UK-based client teams. This is a fast-paced recruitment role focused on finding, engaging and placing high-quality candidates across corporate, professional services and business support roles.

You'll work closely with UK-based Recruitment Consultants, taking ownership of candidate sourcing and screening while building strong pipelines and helping move candidates through the recruitment process.

• Proactively source candidates across LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases and internal talent pools.
• Review applications and identify strong candidates for live vacancies. ​​​​​​​
• Build pipelines of available, marketable candidates and match them to suitable roles. ​​​​​​​
• Follow up on candidate leads, applications and referrals quickly. ​​​​​​​
• Prepare candidates for interviews and manage feedback throughout the process. ​​​​​​​
• Build strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
• Keep candidate records and activity accurate and up to date on the CRM.
• ​​​​​​​Conduct screenings and manage the candidate process.

• Previous recruitment, resourcing or candidate delivery experience.
• Strong proactive sourcing and candidate searching skills.
• Confident running candidate screening interviews independently.
• Experience recruiting corporate, professional services or business support roles is advantageous.
• Fast-paced, proactive and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded with a focus on generating placements.
• Bullhorn experience is highly advantageous.
