We’re Hiring: Team Manager

Our team at Stratfin is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for an experienced, driven and highly organised Team Manager to join our growing team.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who:

* Speaks fluent Afrikaans.

* Has at least 5 years of tax experience, preferably with experience in individual tax, SARS and eFiling.

* Has strong leadership and people-management skills.

* Understands workflows, processes and operational efficiency.

* Has a strong interest in AI, automation and technology, and understands how these tools can be used to optimise workloads and improve team performance.

* Is highly organised, proactive and able to take ownership.

* Has excellent attention to detail and understands the importance of accuracy when dealing with tax matters.

* Is comfortable managing multiple priorities and ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met.

* Is a strong communicator who can motivate, manage and support a growing team.

The Role

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day workflow of the tax team, ensuring that work is completed accurately, efficiently and on time.

You will also be expected to identify opportunities to improve processes, implement automation and leverage AI to make the team more efficient and scalable.
