Barista - Coffee Shop

We're looking for a skilled and friendly barista to join our coffee shop family. If you take pride in crafting the perfect cup and love creating a warm, welcoming experience for every customer, we'd love to meet you.

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
• Prepare and serve light meals (sandwiches, pastries, snacks, etc.)
• Prepare fresh juices and other beverages
• Deliver excellent, friendly customer service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace
• Work collaboratively with the team to keep things running smoothly during busy periods

• Proficient in preparing a range of coffee beverages — from espresso-based drinks to pour-overs — with a genuine enthusiasm for the craft
• A warm, well-mannered approach with customers and teammates alike
• Someone who genuinely enjoys people — striking up conversation, remembering regulars' orders, and making everyone feel at home
• A friendly, positive attitude, even during busy rushes
• Reliability and a strong work ethic
• Prior barista experience preferred, but a willingness to learn is welcome too

Salary is market-related.
