Junior HR Consultant-Kempton Park

Our client is currently looking for a Junior HR Consultant to join their team.

• Chair disciplinary hearings and provide procedural guidance.
• Consult with clients on HR and labour relations matters.
• Advise clients on employee relations, disciplinary processes, and HR best practices.
• Draft HR and labour-related documentation where required.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour legislation and company policies.
• Provide general HR support across a range of client engagements.

• Previous experience in a Human Resources or Labour Relations role.
• Experience chairing disciplinary hearings.
• Experience conducting consultations with clients on HR and labour-related matters.
• Sound knowledge of general HR practices and labour relations.
• Ability to provide practical HR advice and support to clients.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client matters.
