Main Purpose of the Role
To accurately count, balance, pack, and reconcile customers' cash efficiently and securely.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
- Execute daily cash operations
- Accurately count and verify cash transactions.
- Complete reconciliation documentation promptly and thoroughly.
- Record customer details on the system, ensuring accurate referencing.
- Comply fully with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Support additional duties as required by management.
Training and Development
- Complete all mandatory compliance training.
- Attend and successfully complete role-specific training programmes.
- Take responsibility for continuous personal and professional development.
Risk and Compliance
Adhere strictly to policies relating to the counting, packing, balancing, and reconciliation of cash.
- Health and Safety
- Contribute to the design, development, review, implementation, and monitoring of departmental safety plans annually.
- Participate actively in safety forums, including meetings and briefings.
- Report all safety incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel and engage in related discussions.
- Follow up on actions assigned through safety committees, representatives, or management.
- Attend safety education and refresher courses regularly.
- Comply with all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Distribute safety information as required.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times.
