SITE MANAGER

ABOUT THE ROLE

Impact Retail Display (Pty) Ltd designs, manufactures and installs retail store fixtures and undertakes turnkey shopfitting projects. We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of installations on site, from survey through to client handover, running multiple projects at once and delivering each one on programme, on budget and to standard.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different sites.

2. Plan, coordinate and execute projects from initiation through to completion.

3. Manage and coordinate installation teams effectively during execution.

4. Conduct site surveys and feed findings back to Studio and Project Planning.

5. Request site permits and safety files and maintain site HSE compliance.

6. Coordinate third-party contractors, logistics, materials, and equipment.

7. Attend project briefings with client and complete surveys before work begins.

8. Request and authorise site materials and reconcile team expenses.

9. Run site handover and completion sign-off with the client.

10. Communicate professionally with clients, contractors, and team.

EXPERIENCE

1. 7+ years' experience in construction shopfitting.

2. Basic project management skills.

3. Valid driver's licence.

4. Demonstrate attention to detail in planning, reporting and execution.
