Annual Accounting Supervisor

Our client has an amazing opportunity for an Annual Accounting Supervisor at an accounting firm based in Umhlali, KZN! The main purpose of this role is:

• To manage the full accounting function, drive complex monthly and yearly reconciliations, oversee client portfolios, and provide direct leadership and mentorship to a team of junior staff.

We require a candidate with

• A completed BCompt degree and completed SAICA articles.
• 4–5 years post-article experience within an SME accounting firm environment.
• At least 3–4 years of direct people management experience post-articles.
• 5 years of intermediate-level CaseWare experience.
• Proven expertise in complex monthly and yearly reconciliation processes.
• Strong leadership abilities, exceptional technical accuracy, and clear client-facing communication skills.
