Senior Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist - Johannesburg

We’re seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist to lead compliance and submissions for a leading pharmaceutical company in Johannesburg. This role requires strong technical expertise, proven SAHPRA relationships, and the ability to drive regulatory excellence across product lifecycles.

• Lead regulatory compliance activities in line with SAHPRA legislation.
• Compile, review, and submit CTD/eCTD dossiers for registrations, renewals, and variations.
• Manage product lifecycle updates (PI/PIL, labelling, packaging).
• Coordinate responses to SAHPRA queries and submissions within timelines.
• Review promotional materials and artwork for compliance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, New Business).
• Mentor junior Regulatory Affairs team members and drive process improvements.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with SAHPRA and stakeholders.

• B.Pharm degree.
• 5+ years’ Regulatory Affairs experience.
• Experience with CTD/eCTD or similar submissions.
• Existing relationships with SAHPRA.
• SAPC Registered.
