Requirements,

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Good analytical skills and numeric intelligence
• Good communication skills Willingness to learn.
• Willing to work long hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Must be computer literate.

Duties and Responsibilities,

• Data capturing of milk collections in MMS.
• Reconciling and balancing milk collections.
• Completion of department’s attendance sheets.
• Compiling and submitting reports relating to Fleet Management information.
• Creating purchase orders.
• Filing documents and load sheets.
• Ordering of office consumables, driver`s safety equipment and uniform.
• Manage and control all outsource documents and update external files.
• Monitor and order diesel.
• Complete all job requests as per quotation.
• Follow up on all invoices and receipt on BPCS.
