Role Description

Key Requirements

· LLB degree with 3–5 years’ post-admission (5 years) experience

· Proven experience in family law or commercial law within a legal practice

· Strong legal research and investigative skills

· Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal documents

· Demonstrated experience in litigation, negotiations, and mediations

· Solid track record of managing matters independently

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

· Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment

· In-depth understanding of relevant laws and regulatory frameworks

Key Responsibilities

· Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements

· Provide strategic legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders

· Conduct in-depth legal research to support case strategy and decision-making

· Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations

· Monitor and interpret legal developments and advise on their impact

· Conduct legal risk assessments and ensure compliance

· Mentor and support junior legal staff

· Manage legal records and maintain accurate documentation

· Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on various matters

· Engage in ongoing professional development
