Senior Manual Tester (5 Month Contract)

Requirements analysis and gap identification
Business rule validation
Test strategy and test planning
Functional, integration, system, and regression testing
Defect management and root cause analysis
UAT planning and coordination
Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) management
Risk-based testing and quality assurance governance

Technical Skills:

Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent test management tools
SQL for data validation and reconciliation testing
API testing (Postman, Swagger)
Integration and end-to-end testing
Batch processing and data migration testing
Exposure to test automation and CI/CD practices

Stakeholder Management:

Facilitate engagements with Business Analysts, SMEs, Product Owners, and Development Teams
Lead test planning and defect triage sessions
Provide quality reporting and risk assessments
Support release readiness and Go/No-Go recommendations
Mentor junior QA team members
