Project Plumber/Electrician - Manager

Jerro Enterprise, a growing plumbing and construction company based in Durban, is looking for an experienced, reliable Project Plumber/Electrician Manager to join our team.

* Manage and supervise plumbing and electrical projects from start to completion

* Coordinate and oversee site teams and subcontractors

* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

* Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety standards

* Read and interpret plans, drawings and project specifications

* Coordinate materials, equipment and labour requirements

* Liaise with clients, contractors and suppliers

* Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to management

* Identify and resolve site-related technical and operational challenges

Relevant plumbing and/or electrical qualifications

Proven experience in project/site management

Strong knowledge of plumbing and electrical installations

Construction/site management experience will be an advantage

Ability to manage teams and multiple projects

Good communication and organisational skills

Valid driver’s licence

Must be willing to travel to project sites when required

South African ID / valid work permit

Market related.
