HR Generalist: Talent Acquisition & Talent Pipeline Specialist
Location: Pinetown - KwaZulu-Natal
Fidelity – ADT is seeking an energetic and results-driven HR Generalist to join our Human Capital team.
The primary focus of this role is to proactively identify, source, attract and build sustainable talent pipelines for current and future business requirements.
The successful candidate will partner closely with management to ensure a continuous supply of quality talent while providing professional HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels
- Build and maintain talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Conduct talent mapping and market scouting activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Provide HR administration, reporting and employee relations support
- Assist with performance management, training coordination and HR compliance initiatives
- Maintain HR records, metrics and reporting to support business decision-making
Minimum Requirements
- Relevant HR Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in HR and recruitment
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent attraction skills
- Solid understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required
- Strong relationship-building, communication and organisational skills

In addition, the candidate must be equally comfortable providing practical HR support in a fast-paced environment.
