• Qualified Toolmaker

• Must have blanking experience

• CNC experience

• Supervisory experience

• Build, repair and modify high-precision tools, jigs and fixtures

• Combine traditional manual toolroom skills with computer-controlled machining, using CAD/CAM software to program and operate CNC mills, lathes and milling machines to tight industrial tolerances

• CNC operation and programming:

- Setting up, running and adjusting CNC machinery alongside manual workshop equipment such as surface grinders and conventional lathes

• Tooling and Die Maintenance:

- Troubleshooting, repairing and optimizing progressive dies, blanking tools and production fixtures to strict tolerances
