Marketing Communications Manager

KYCDD

Location: Sandton, Johannesburg | Fully in-office

KYCDD helps businesses simplify onboarding, identity verification and compliance. Our no-code workflow platform allows organisations to build and automate processes for collecting information, verifying individuals and companies, and connecting their systems—without needing to develop everything from scratch.

We’re looking for a hands-on Marketing & Communications Manager to take ownership of our marketing and PR. Your goal will be to increase KYCDD’s visibility, clearly communicate what our platform can do, and turn interest into qualified business opportunities. KYCDD is strictly B2B.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute a focused marketing plan, including campaign priorities and budgets.
  • Keep our website current and compelling, create use-case and industry-specific content, and improve search visibility.
  • Manage Google Ads and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Create LinkedIn content for KYCDD and help our leadership team share insights and expertise.
  • Turn customer successes into case studies, testimonials and sales materials.
  • Keep existing customers informed about new features and practical ways to get more value from the platform.
  • Identify relevant conferences and events, assess opportunities to attend, exhibit or speak, and coordinate promotion and follow-up.
  • Build relationships with industry publications, event organisers and partners to secure coverage and joint marketing opportunities.
  • Work with sales and product colleagues to develop campaigns, nurture enquiries and track their contribution to business growth.
  • Coordinate external creative or technical suppliers where needed.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B software, SaaS, fintech or a related technology business.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to make technical products easy to understand.
  • Practical experience with website content management, LinkedIn, Google Ads, SEO and marketing analytics.
  • Strong organisation and project management skills, with the confidence to take ownership and follow through.
  • Commercial judgment: you understand that effective marketing should generate relevant interest and support sales.
  • A willingness to learn the product, speak to customers and work closely with the team.

Ideal prior experience

  • Experience with using AI.
  • Experience with CMS platforms such as Webflow.
  • Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud or Figma.
  • Experience in PR, events, customer communications or partner marketing.
