HR and Talent Solutions Consultant | 6-month fixed-term contract

Cape Town.

Skyy Aviation Academy is seeking a capable and proactive HR and Talent Solutions Manager to join our Cape Town team on an initial 6-month contract. This is a hands-on role for someone with solid HR generalist skills and practical experience in recruitment and talent sourcing, especially in short-term temporary roles. Key responsibilities include day-to-day HR management, payroll, employee records, contracts, and basic ER processes, alongside talent sourcing, screening, and coordination of recruitment activities.

Ideally, 3 years of practical experience in HR and/or recruitment, with experience in temporary or short-term staffing

Fixed term | 6 months.

Potential for further development subject to performance and business requirements.
