Lead the operations of both Hyatt House Johannesburg properties, driving guest satisfaction, people leadership, operational excellence and commercial performance. This senior leadership role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading Heads of Department, managing profitability and ensuring Hyatt brand standards are achieved across both hotels.
