INTRODUCTION
A vacancy exists for a Patient Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and co-ordination of patient services resources, processes and operations to achieve quality, growth and people objectives in order to ensure the optimization of the hospital’s profitability.

REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Nursing,
- Advanced Case Management and Coding Experience essential
- Minimum of five years relevant private healthcare industry and proven leadership, change and people management experience
- Current registration with the SANC
- Understanding of the private healthcare industry, its challenges and role players would be an advantage including an understanding of relevant and current legislation as well as the knowledge of medical terminology, CPT/ICD coding, technical and clinical concepts and patient services business processes
- Driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
