Export Manager

One of our Fresh Produce clients are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Export Manager to manage their team in Kempton Park.

Minimum Requirements

• National Senior Certificate.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Trade, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in a commercial export role within the fresh produce industry (specifically fresh vegetables).
• Proven track record of managing and growing international B2B accounts (Retailers, Wholesalers, and Food Service).
• Demonstrable experience in supply chain management, specifically coordinating procurement, production planning, and logistics to achieve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery.
• Experience in pricing strategy, including managing fluctuations in raw material costs, freight, and currency exchange.
