CCTV Control Room Manager

TTK Surveillance provides off-site CCTV monitoring and security solutions to clients across South Africa. Our Control Room monitors client sites around the clock, responds to security events, and works with clients and technical teams to keep monitoring services effective and reliable.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced CCTV Control Room Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Edenvale,

The manager will oversee the daily operation of our CCTV Control Room and lead its Shift Leaders and staff. Responsibilities include ensuring effective monitoring of client sites; managing incident response, escalation and client communication; maintaining staff rosters, attendance and training; and ensuring that Control Room, station and client SOPs are followed.

The role also involves following up on offline sites, cameras and technical issues; investigating missed incidents and performance concerns; overseeing high-risk sites; maintaining accurate operational and client reports; and ensuring that issues are followed through to resolution. The manager will provide support during serious incidents, emergencies and staff shortages.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a CCTV control room and leading staff across shifts
• Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring, incident response and escalation
• Clear communication skills and the ability to maintain strong client relationships
• Strong organisational, reporting and staff management skills
• PSIRA Grade A
• Availability to work standby
• Reside within the Edenvale area and surrounds
