Candidate Senior Architectural Technologist

SSARC is focused on delivering high-quality designs that make a real impact. We’re looking for a motivated Candidate Architect / Senior Architectural Technologist with 1-2 years of experience to join the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Lumion or Twinmotion
• SACAP registration is required
• 1-2 years of experience
• Assisting in preparing detailed construction documents and specifications
• Collaborating with senior architectural professionals throughout various project stages
• Great communication skills to assist in managing project deadlines within a team setting
• A solid understanding of building regulations and construction standards (SANS 10400)
• Must be willing to be based in Hermanus
• Own transport and a valid driver's license

Preference will be given to applicants from the Western Cape.
