Phuti Funeral Ministry Group is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to oversee sales performance and target achievement across all 15 branches in Limpopo and Gauteng. If you have a proven track record in driving sales teams to meet and exceed targets, we'd love to hear from you.
- Develop and implement group sales strategies aligned to overall business objectives
- Oversee and drive branch performance across all core PFMG product.
- Conduct regular branch visits to assess sales performance and provide on-site support
- Coach, mentor, and upskill Branch Managers and Sales Consultants to improve conversion and productivity
- Analyse sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and areas requiring intervention
- Develop and roll out sales incentive programmes in line with company policy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, communities, and referral networks
- Prepare and present monthly sales performance reports to the Managing Director
- Ensure sales practices comply with company policy and relevant industry regulations
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- RE5 and RE1
- Minimum of 5 years' sales experience, with proven experience in a management or oversight role
- Experience managing multi-branch or multi-site sales operations advantageous
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
- Excellent target-setting, analytical, and reporting ability
- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively between branches
- Knowledge of the funeral services or insurance industry advantageous
