Expected to coordinate advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, digital, and other promotions. Including tracking activities and Campaign performances.
Minimum Requirements…
Essential
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing or related field.
- 2 Years’ Experience in a Marketing role
Advantageous
- Experience in Health & Pharmacy/ Retail Management/ FMCG

Marketing Activities Coordination
- Plan, organize, and monitor various commercial and sales activities, projects, and campaigns to ensure they align with company objectives and run smoothly.
- Organize and execute advertising campaigns, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external teams to ensure campaigns meet deadlines and budgets. Monitoring cost
- Keeping every aspect on track according to schedules and S.O.P
- Manage the creation of a campaign from start to finish.
- Manage proposal developments for clients.
- Sourcing exact product info and other promotional material needed for Marketing campaigns
- Ensuring accurate placing of products in all publications and campaigns.
Communication & Liaison
- Serve as a key point of contact for all campaign communication.
- Facilitating communication between the commercial team, clients, stakeholders, and other internal departments like design, logistics and finance.
Proofing
- Ensuring all promotions and advertising materials adhere to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborating proofing and feedback loop.
- Communicate proof to stakeholders ensuring that changes are implemented.
- Ensuring that publications are sent to print without any errors.

- Check Pack Shots.
Maintaining records on BMT System together with documentation and reporting
- Prepare, manage, and distribute commercial documents, proposals, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain up-to-date records of commercial activities in relevant databases.
- Analyzing and providing accurate records of all marketing activities.
- Support market analysis to identify business trends, new opportunities and potential clients to improve sales strategies and profitability.
- Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting, financial analysis, monitoring project costs, and ensuring efficient invoicing and payment procedures.
- Ensure CRM data integrity
- Generate Power BI reports
[Marketing Administrative tasks]
- Provide daily support with various administrative tasks.
- Compiling all promotional sheets from start to finish.
- Planning promotional calendars and grids in respective formats.
- Managing meeting schedules.
