We’re Hiring: Enterprise AI Solution Architect

The League of Companies is seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Solution Architect to support a leading financial services organisation in defining, governing and scaling enterprise AI capabilities.

This role will establish the enterprise AI architecture strategy, standards and governance required to enable the responsible adoption of Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI and intelligent automation across a complex, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Enterprise AI Architecture roadmap, standards and reference architectures
• Establish AI governance guardrails, architecture decision records and enterprise design principles
• Develop reusable solution patterns for Generative AI, Machine Learning, Agentic AI and intelligent automation
• Define MLOps and LLMOps architecture standards and production-readiness requirements
• Evaluate AI platforms, models, cloud services and technology providers
• Assess AI use cases for feasibility, risk, value, scalability and operational readiness
• Support responsible AI adoption, regulatory compliance and enterprise risk requirements
• Guide architecture decisions across data, security, engineering and business domains
• Promote AI observability, resilience, performance and cost optimisation practices
• Strengthen governance and oversight within a highly regulated financial services environment

What we are looking for

• 8–10+ years' experience across enterprise architecture, solution architecture, AI/ML architecture, data architecture, software engineering or platform architecture
• At least 5 years' experience designing enterprise-scale technology platforms or AI-enabled solution architectures
• Strong experience with AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, intelligent automation, analytics or decisioning solutions
• Experience designing and governing cloud-based AI, data and application architectures across AWS, Azure and/or GCP
• Hands-on knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, model lifecycle management and production support practices
• Experience establishing enterprise standards, reference architectures, governance frameworks and reusable patterns
• Strong understanding of AI architecture, integration patterns, APIs, event-driven architecture and cloud-native platforms
• Experience working across business, engineering, security, risk and data teams
• Experience evaluating AI platforms, model providers and technology vendors
• Strong knowledge of AI security, privacy, risk management and responsible AI principles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics or a related discipline

Experience within financial services or other highly regulated industries, together with certifications such as TOGAF, cloud architecture certifications, AI/ML certifications or postgraduate qualifications, will be advantageous.
