Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Pretoria. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for brand campaigns, packaging, in-store materials, and digital channels, ensuring consistency with KIT KAT GROUP’s brand identity. Daily tasks include developing concepts, designing graphics and layouts, preparing files for print and digital production, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to support promotional initiatives. The role involves working within brand guidelines, contributing to logo and branding projects, and adapting designs for various formats and platforms. The Graphic Designer will also manage feedback, iterate on designs, and help maintain an up-to-date library of creative assets.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with experience creating visuals for print and digital media.
- Ability to develop and refine Logo Design and Branding concepts that align with business objectives.
- Proficiency in Typography, including layout, font selection, and hierarchy for clear visual communication.
- Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or equivalent).
- Relevant qualification or diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven portfolio showcasing previous design work, preferably in retail, FMCG, or related industries.
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams on-site in Pretoria.
