Senior Beauty Therapist with Management experience

Our client, a well-established aesthetic clinic based at The Pavilion and Gateway, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Aesthetic Manager and Beauty Therapist to join their team.

This role is ideal for a skilled professional with advanced aesthetic treatment experience, strong sales ability, and proven leadership experience in managing a beauty team.

• Perform advanced aesthetic and beauty treatments to a high professional standard
• Drive retail and treatment sales and meet monthly targets
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure excellent client care and service delivery
• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of beauty professionals
• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff performance
• Handing out phamphlets to clients

Candidates must have hands-on experience in:

• Microneedling
• Mesotherapy (Hydra Pen)
• Fat-dissolving injections
• Laser Lipo
• Laser Hair Removal
• Ultrasonic Cavitation
• Radio Frequency (face and body)
• Microblading
• Skin tag and spot removal
• Dermaplaning

Additional Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Beauty Therapy or Aesthetics
• 3–5 years of proven management experience within a beauty clinic or aesthetic environment
• Experience managing and leading a team of staff
• Proven sales experience within a clinic or spa environment
• Strong upselling ability and client-focused approach
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills

Salary: R8,500 – R10,500 per month, depending on experience + commission.

Working Hours: Retail trading hours.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday.

Saturday Work: Every second Saturday off.

Shift Options:

• 09:00 – 18:00
• 10:00 – 19:00
• 12:00 – 21:00
