Portfolio Manager – JHB East

Prism Placements and this national property management business are looking for a hands-on Property Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimise a portfolio of commercial / industrial properties in the East Rand.

Remuneration:

R360K C.T.C. per annum (plus R1K fuel allowance pm)

Experience & Requirements:

Min matric PLUS tertiary qualification ideal
Min 3-5yrs in a similar role from the property industry with proven tenant, lease and landlord relationship management.
Property industry experience a must.
Excellent financial/operational understanding as well as experience managing budgets, maintenance and contractors.
Valid drivers license/transport and willingness to travel to sites.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.
