Are you a hands-on Health & Safety leader ready to drive real impact?
We are expanding our leadership team and are on the lookout for an experienced and driven Gauteng Regional Health & Safety Manager to join us at our Nigel Head Office.
This is not a passive, desk-bound oversight role. We need a proactive leader who is ready to roll up their sleeves, drive execution, and strengthen the safety culture across our diverse portfolio—including galvanising, infrastructure, construction, and hazardous chemical environments.
Leading regional H&S governance and compliance across multiple legal entities.
Driving the implementation and continual improvement of our ISO 45001:2018 systems.
Spearheading contractor governance, incident investigation, root cause analysis, and risk management.
Empowering management teams and building capable H&S structures across the region.
Minimum 5 years’ practical H&S management experience
SACPCMP Registration
ISO 45001 Implementer / Internal Auditor qualification
Construction Health & Safety qualification
Strong grasp of HIRA, Incident Investigation, Root Cause Analysis, and COIDA
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport (Regional travel required)
Bonus points if you have an ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification, ISO 9001/14001 experience, or a background in galvanising and complex multi-site industrial operations.
