We are seeking a commercially strong, brand-driven Store Manager to lead our premium retail environment. This role calls for a confident retail leader who understands luxury presentation, team development, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

· Create digital and print assets for campaigns and product launches

· Bring visual consistency to our brand across platforms

· Collaborate with a creative team shaping an iconic South African brand

· Contribute fresh ideas to exciting creative briefs

Chapter 3 - You

· A seasoned retail manager (5+ years’ experience)

· Commercially astute with strong stock and KPI management

· A visible leader on the floor

· Passionate about premium customer experience

· Experienced within luxury or lifestyle retail (advantageous)
