In this role, you will collaborate closely with line management to enhance individual and team performance, implement compliant HR practices, and lead change management processes. Your expertise will foster a culture of leadership development, innovation, and employee engagement across our stores. Ideal candidates will possess a HR Diploma or NQF5 qualification, at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within retail, and strong skills in facilitation, conflict management, and strategic thinking.
