Role Description

The Car Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Klerksdorp. This position is responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and presenting suitable automotive options. The consultant will follow up with leads, manage customer relationships to encourage repeat business, and collaborate with the dealership team to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

• Build customer enthusiasm and long-term owner loyalty
• Apply marketing strategies to maximise sales opportunities
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge
• Complete all vehicle sales paperwork accurately and timeously
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and customer handover
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures and regulations

YOU'LL THRIVE IF...

• Relevant Marketing qualification or similar
• Minimum 2 years’ vehicle sales experience
• Strong selling, communication and customer-service skills
• Self-driven, professional and target-oriented
• Good understanding of dealership policies and procedures
• Business operations, marketing, product and brand knowledge
• Financial awareness and ability to support deal processes
• Computer literate
• Strong teamwork ability and high level of integrity
• Valid South African Driver’s Licence
