This is a 360 desk with the option to specialise in one of:

• Agriculture & Farming
• Manufacturing & Supply Chain
• Engineering & Construction

Base sits around $80k negotiable for the right experience, backed by a commission structure that has you earning from your second placement.

The Role

• Partner with clients on warm, established relationships – not cold-start business development
• Source and headhunt candidates from niche backgrounds and place them into specialised roles
• Work alongside clients on complex projects and long-term, large-scale hires
• Build genuine expertise and become the go-to recruiter in your chosen field

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years’ recruitment experience, ideally in a consulting role
• A genuine passion for recruitment and drive to succeed
• A collaborative mindset – this is a close-knit, social team
• The ability to work autonomously; no hand-holding here
