We’re looking for an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong creative thinking with exceptional attention to detail. You’ll turn briefs into compelling visual concepts and deliver polished work across branding, digital campaigns, social media and print.

This role suits someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly and confidently manages multiple projects from concept through to final delivery.

Key responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and designs across digital and print platforms.
Create brand identities, logos, brand guidelines and marketing collateral.
Design social media content, digital adverts, website assets, newsletters and presentations.
Produce brochures, packaging, signage and other print materials, including preparing artwork for production.
Maintain brand consistency across every touchpoint.
Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters and external suppliers to deliver effective campaigns.
Present design concepts and translate feedback into thoughtful refinements.
Manage deadlines and maintain a high standard of quality across multiple projects.
Provide creative guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers when required.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital and print design.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
Experience taking projects from brief to production-ready artwork.
Strong communication, organisational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.
A relevant qualification in Graphic Design or Visual Communication, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional skills that would be an advantage

Motion graphics and video editing using After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Figma, website design and an understanding of user experience.
Photography, image retouching or packaging design.
Experience using AI design tools with sound creative judgment and quality control.
