Commercial Estimator

This is a unique opportunity!!!!!!!

The position is for an Australian Company working remotely from home working Australian hours!!!!!

The hours are 01h00 - 09h00 !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Estimator is responsible for the accurate calculation of steel, mesh and accessory quantities required for the construction of commercial developments from supplied plans.

Accurately estimate quantities of reinforcements and other materials (accessories) as shown on engineering plans

Entering estimated items into estimates data base

Meeting required customer requirements & deadlines

Reviewing revision & addendums when requested or changes to engineering plans.

Maintaining follow ups

Entering drawing numbers and revision into Estimate data base accurately

Reviewing & updating take off time

Entering assessment type once estimate completed

Matric

Similar qualification in estimations or quantity surveying will be an advantage

Must have estimation knowledge

Must have own laptop, unterrupted fibre/wifi at home and also a power backup supply eg ups/inverter etc.

R30 000 - R35 000 pm
