About the Role

The Issuing Solutions Associate will support the team responsible for developing, enhancing, and delivering solutions that help issuers grow their portfolios, improve customer experiences, strengthen loyalty, increase transaction activity, and manage risk effectively.
This role offers exposure to the payments industry, product and solution development, client engagement, market analysis, and business strategy. The Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support initiatives that help clients maximize the value of Visa's issuing products and capabilities.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, collaborative, and eager to learn about payments, financial services, and technology.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Solution Support
- Support the delivery and adoption of issuing solutions that help clients enhance cardholder experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Assist in understanding client needs, industry trends, and business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development of presentations, business cases, proposals, and client-facing materials.
- Participate in client discussions and internal working sessions to support solution implementation and ongoing optimization.
Business Analysis & Market Insights
- Conduct research on payments industry trends, consumer behaviors, digital payment innovations, and emerging market developments.
- Gather, organize, and analyze data to identify opportunities, risks, and business insights.
- Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations that inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor competitive developments and help assess implications for clients and Visa solutions.
Product & Strategy Support
- Assist with product and solution initiatives by gathering business requirements, client feedback, and market insights.
- Support the evaluation of opportunities to enhance existing products and services.
- Contribute to product planning, solution development, and go-to-market activities.
- Help track project milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with colleagues across Product, Sales, Consulting, Client Services, Marketing, Strategy, and Analytics teams.
- Support projects that involve multiple stakeholders and business functions.
- Assist in project coordination activities, meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Contribute ideas and recommendations that improve processes, products, and client outcomes.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
