Civil Engineer/Technologist - Consulting Industry

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established civil engineering consulting firm in Pretoria is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer / Civil Engineering Technologist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and development of roads and civil infrastructure projects
• Preparation of detailed engineering drawings and design documentation
• Undertaking technical calculations and design assessments
• Developing and reviewing Civil 3D models and drawings
• Coordinating designs with clients, consultants and project teams
• Providing technical input throughout project planning and implementation
• Assisting with project documentation, reports and technical specifications

Requirements

• BSc/BEng or BTech in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience
• Strong experience in roads and civil infrastructure design
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D
• Professional registration with ECSA (Pr Eng or Pr Tech Eng) will be advantageous
• Strong technical, design and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and project coordination skills
