Role Purpose

To provide efficient, accurate, and proactive administrative support to the team while ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and customer service. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to support the broader team wherever required. Required to closely process & monitor specilised retirement product processes.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 or NQF level 4
  • 2 - 5 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Retirement administration experience will be beneficial.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Ability to self-manage
  • Monitor and manage work queues, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Follow established processes and procedures while identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure a high level of accuracy in all work completed.
  • Identify and rectify errors before they impact clients, colleagues, or business processes.
  • Keep abreast of MMH product and legislation changes in order to effectively and accurately assist with client queries.
  • Seek clarification when information, instructions, or requirements are unclear.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a smart client experience.
  • Escalate issues, risks, or concerns appropriately and timeously.
  • Ensure a clear understanding of priorities and expectations.
  • Manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Take ownership of responsibilities and outcomes.
  • Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting various functions within the team when required.
  • Contribute positively to team goals and objectives.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive working environment.
  • Provide first time resolution to clients on queries via e-mail and telephonic.
  • Assist clients efficiently with their requests through displaying the Momentum Metropolitan values enabling client retention and satisfaction.
  • Process, monitor and manage specilized retirement processes.
