Accountant

We are currently seeking an Accountant to join our reputable client’s team.

Requirements

• BAccounting or BComm Financial/Management Accounting degree.
• Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles with continued professional membership and CPD adherence, OR at least 5 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (verbally and written – essential).
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Computer literacy in Pastel, Sage, MS Office, and SARS e-Filing (Draftworx and Xero experience beneficial).
• Strong numerical aptitude, analytical skill, attention to detail, ethical integrity, and ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines.

Experience with

• Monthly processing of accounting work Preparation of financial statements SARS e-Filing, Tax, VAT, and PAYE compliance independent reviews and preparing files for reviews and audits Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality client service
• Adhering to relevant accounting legislation and professional frameworks
