We are seeking an exceptional Project & Operations Manager to report directly to the
Business Owner and take full responsibility for the overall technical and operational management
of the business. This is a senior technical leadership position requiring a leader who can translate business strategy into operational excellence while leading managers and driving a high-performance culture.

Key Responsibilities
1.Provide senior technical and project leadership while leading cross-functional coordination across engineering, planning, manufacturing, supply chain, cash flow, site services, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery certainty.
2.Coach and mentor junior engineers to build leadership capability and integrate existing company products into a complete slurry pump solution for mines.
3. Manage production, pump assembly, warehousing, procurement, logistics, inventory, and quality assurance functions to ensure seamless project execution and delivery certainty.
4.Support the development and successful introduction of new products into
manufacturing.
5.Develop and monitor operational KPIs and provide regular performance
reporting and recommendations to the Business Owner.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field ECSA (preferred). PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification (preferred)
2. Project Management Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in Capital p\Project execution within an engineering, Manufacturing, Mining, Project House, or PMO environment, including at least 5 years in a lead slurry pump project management or senior project engineering capacity.
3. Extensive technical knowledge of slurry pumps project, slurry pumping systems, and mining applications is essential.
4.Industry Experience: Proven experience managing small, medium, and large‑scale projects end‑to‑end, from project initiation through to contractual close‑out, with demonstrated ownership of delivery outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk. Experience working within mineral processing equipment, process plant, or material handling environments.
