• Sell insurance policies as part of a team
• Connect with customers and develop good relationships
• Smash sales targets

• Grade 12 (Matric pass)
• At least 18 years old
• South African ID document
• 2 years sales experience

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Resilient, target-driven & self-motivated.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Persuasive sales approach with excellent presentation skills.
• Self-discipline, motivation, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle objections effectively.
