Process: Operator

The Process Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and controlling processing equipment in accordance with approved SOPs to ensure efficient and consistent production. The role requires sound technical knowledge of processing equipment, quality requirements, and manufacturing processes, together with a strong focus on product quality and safety. The Process Operator monitors production performance, and maintains accurate process records. The position requires attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication.
