Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead and support managers across multiple university sites. Ensure contractual obligations and service level agreements are consistently met. Drive profitability through effective financial management and cost control. Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Develop and maintain strong relationships with university stakeholders and clients. Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and quality standards. Identify opportunities for operational improvement and business growth. Recruit, develop, and mentor site management teams. Manage labour costs, productivity, and workforce planning. Conduct regular site visits, audits, and performance reviews. Drive innovation and enhance the student and campus dining experience. Skills and Competencies

QualificationsRelevant tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Management, Food Service Management, or related field. 5-10 years' senior management experience within contract catering, hospitality, food service, or facilities management. Experience managing multiple sites and large teams. Strong financial acumen with proven budget management experience. Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills. Sound knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and health & safety regulations. Strong leadership, coaching, and people development capabilities. Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel regularly between sites.
